Tailor made

Integrated joinery is key to densifying spaces and improving both the quality and quantity of urban housing.

Solid and laminated wood

We've opted for a laminate kitchen, a hard-wearing material by combining it with yellow pine and walnut handles.

Outside

The street façade was sandblasted and painted, the door restored, and the window frames replaced.
At the back, sunlit terraces with semi-permeable paving complement the planted garden.

During the construction

Deep renovation of 540 m2 counting 13 bedrooms with private showrooms for 106 m2 of common areas and a140m2 garden.

Everything was thoroughly renovated: from the basement to the attic, from bricks to tiles, from paint to the fork in the drawer ... including all the technical aspects (heating, electricity, ventilation).
