Maximise the light
Ground floor: the garage is reduced and liberate space for the kitchen and dining room with access to the garden.
First floor: tearing down the walls, bringing in light and revealing the existing structure while keeping existing details.
Textures
Wood, concrete and retrostyle bathroom for the ensuite room.
