Suspended balconies & outer space
The 2 suspended terraces have been plugged into the rear façade over a length of more than 7 meters.
An outdoor courtyard was dug out in the basement to illuminate the rooms.
Home 1 - family housing
The first triplex, is a family dwelling - created through the extension of the main staircase.
It contains a lot of original woodwork, which was preserved during the renovation or rebuilt identically.
The hidden bathroom
The bathroom fixtures of the master bedroom are condensed and hidden behind a metal and glass wall in the dressing room.

Home 2 - shared housing
This home features 5 en-suite bedrooms sharing a huge kitchen, dining room and outdoor terrace. Everything is accessed via the old service stairwell, which has been renovated and extended to the top floor.
Private showerrooms
Bathrooms are directly connected to the bedrooms, everyone has as a private sink, shower and toilet.



En suite bedrooms
The rooms are divided into two areas: the bedroom/dressing area and the private living area. It is fully equipped - TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker and kettle.
During the construction
Deep renovation of 572 m2 (counting 40m2 extension) creating 2 housings with a total of 8 en-suite bedrooms.
Everything was thoroughly renovated: from the basement to the attic, from bricks to tiles, from paint to the fork in the drawer ... including all the technical aspects (heating, electricity, ventilation).
